We can accept the following file formats: JPG, TIF, EPS, PDF or AI. When using .ai, convert text to outlines. Make sure you have enough resolution to ensure quality output. Our favorite format is PDF as it is the most widely recognized format and the file size is relatively small. We suggest setting up art one half the original size at 300 dpi. If you must send lower resolution files, be aware that your output may not look the best.

If your files are quite large, please compress them by "zipping" or "stuffing." Don't worry about compressing multiple files as our upload system will handle that part for you.
